Someone brought a 2-pound mace to a sword and shield fight…But seriously the cleric’s symbols, that probably relate to Aristei, are quite interesting.

This is beautiful artwork! Hopefully death knight will be a new playable character in some form :)

Cleric of Aristei Vs Death Knight 3 – 4 (in epicness)

the Cleric fought as hard as he could, but in the end he tripped over his own gown and was mercilessly slaughtered by the Death Knight. Nice match overall though.

This new art you’ve been showing off is excellent. Can’t wait to see what Godfall looks like!

The Death Knight’s shield is EPIC.

I keep playing MD2 over and over again. I can not WAIT for Godfall.

This time it really looks like a mace! =D

…too bad the death knight has such an epic sword.

The Cleric’s helm is pretty darn cool without looking cliche for anything.

Looks great! Any release date coming up?

@lejonmanen The words every game designer dreads to hear. Don’t bother asking, until the game’s in its’ last stages, there’s no telling how long it’ll take.

But that artwork is gorgeous. I think I’m gonna go play book of dread again.

Heh, Clerics’ head does look tiny though. And the fins make him look like Aquaman. =P

@Dylan: Whole world is asking that question. As if it would be of any use to people if they would know a thing like “OMG in 40 days there is this hot new game.” Waiting keeps waiting.

(Note: There is a game released in 40 days, its not Godfall, but still epic.)

One word. Wow. The Death Knight looks pretty… deadly xD.The races look as if they’re going to be pretty much the same as before (undead, deep beasts, greenskins, cultists, dwarves), but I wonder: is this new Death Knight going to be a new undead mini-boss, or is he just a regular monster? Because if THAT’S just a regular monster, the bosses will (hopefully) be off the scale in terms of epicness.

Also, is it just me, or does Aristei’s symbol look remarkably like a gallows…? (This tying in with her nickname “The Hanging Judge”?)

These pics are awesome… I actually really cannot wait for Godfall to come out. But you have to wait for the good things in life =/

Eh, I don’t think the cleric’s head is tiny OR aquaman-esque

Chaos, you referring to Civilization 5? I’m going to miss Leonard Nemoy >=(. Or crap my pants if he returns >=).

That deathknight being a simple “grunt” is a bit difficult to digest, never really thought about it that way.

The Death Knight’s an undead leader, as he was in the previous games.

Well see Ghaleon, the demo of Civ 5 releases september.
    18. September is the Release of the 5th gen of Pokemon. *still avoids spoilers for it*

@Chaos, I love you for your attitude towards release dates, but hate you for your love of pokemon. =P

@Loquacious, I noticed it looked reminiscent of a gallows, but the link with the hanging judge hadn’t occurred to me. I’d always made the assumption the hanging judge was more like the hanged man in a tarot pack, hanging from the foot, for some reason. Don’t know why, guess the two just tied together nicely for me. But yeah, well spotted!

    @Dylan: NOW YOU’VE GOT A MORTAL ENEMY

  • #18 written by Dylan

@Chaos I have several. Mostly for the same thing. One of them is my ex, who is the main reason I hate anyone that likes the game. So I have a good excuse. =P

I’d prefer to have an immortal enemy though.

“By hearing this tape, some will assume that this is over but I am still among you. You think it’s over just because I am dead. It’s not over. The games have just begun.”

I’m so looking forward to this game, i’m practically slavering. If the art work is anything to go by this will be more awsome than MD and its sequel, which is no mean feat. Ive been hooked on them for near 3 years.

Keep up the fantasic work. Keep the Pic’s Rolling in….pretty please.

lol, the Cleric looks like a baby next to that juggernaut. I can’t wait to beat the crap out of that Death Knight.

    Epic artwork.
